Information you provide

If you submit the access-request form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, work email, firm, role, decision horizon, question, and optional context. Do not submit client PII, credentials, confidential portfolio data, or other sensitive information through the public form.

How the form is delivered

The request form uses FormSubmit as a form-delivery provider. Information submitted through the form is transmitted through that service to Cenva. Its processing is also subject to FormSubmit’s applicable privacy terms.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your question, respond to your inquiry, assess product fit, arrange a working session, and maintain a record of the business conversation. We do not use the public website form to make automated investment decisions.

Website data

This version of the website does not include a third-party behavioral analytics or advertising script. Hosting and network providers may still process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery, security, and operational logs.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation, meet legal or operational requirements, and maintain business records. You may request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, communications, or professional services, and when required by law.
